50 Jahre nach der letzten Fahrt eines Zuges der Plettenberger Kleinbahn hat der ambitionierte Verein Märkische Museums-Eisenbahn e.V. die Dampflok "Plettenberg" für einen Monat zurück an ihren alten Einsatzort geholt, eine freundliche Leihgabe vom Deutschen Eisenbahnverein in Bruchhausen-Vilsen, um dieses Jubiläum und zwei weitere (30 Jahre MME e.V. und 125 Jahre KAE) zu feiern. Am 01.Juli hatte der Verein zusätzlich zur Sonderfahrt der "Plettenberg" einen Oldtimertag ausgerufen und so waren neben alten Eisenbahnen, Traktoren und LKW's auch einige Oldtimer zu sehen, darunter gleich zwei Traction Avant.
Wer jetzt auch Lust auf eine Ausfahrt mit der Lok bekommen hat: Am kommenden Sonntag, dem 29. Juli, besteht ein letztes Mal die Möglichkeit, die Dampflok Plettenberg in ihrer alten Heimat zu sehen und auch eine Tour mitzufahren!

50 years after the final passage of a train of the Plettenberg local railway, the ambitious club Märkische Railway Museum Association has taken back steam engine "Plettenberg" for a month to its former place of action, kindly on loan from the German Railway Association of Bruchhausen-Vilsen, to celebrate this jubilee and two others (30 years MME e.V. and 125 KAE). On July 01 the association had declared a classic car day, together with special trips of the "Plettenberg" train, so next to numerous old trains, tractors and trucks there had also been some classic cars at the railway station, including two Traction Avant.
Who now feels to have a ride on that train: On coming sunday, the 29th July, there is the last opportunity to see the steam locomotive "Plettenberg" in its old home and ride a tour!
